Hey guys, I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce  a really cool dude.  I met Matt Wichlinski at a fitness biz seminar back in May and had another opportunity to hang with him at another seminar in June.  Matt just opened up his own space called The Strength Shop in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Here’s Matt giving a tour of his spot.
