Hill Sprints, Thick Rope, and Sledgehammer Training

If you’re a regular reader at this site, it’s been well documented that I love to get outside from time to time for a little training.

With the winter we had around here it was nearly impossible.  But, last week spring finally broke here in Richmond, Virginia and I didn’t miss my shot at getting outside for a little conditioning.

This week is a deload week for me so I’ll be doing more stuff like this all week to give my body some time to recover but still get some hard work in!
