Heavy Pushing – Full Body Training Wk 3 – Day 2
Today was a heavy push day. The bench is definitely not my best lift but I do seem to be making some gains. I was still pretty tight from the heavy pull day on Monday but I powered through this session. NO EXCUSES!
Full Body Training Wk 3 – Day 2
1a – Bench Press 5×3
1b – Loaded Squat Jumps 5 x10
2a – Military Press 3×6,6,5
2b – 1 arm DB row 3×20,20,15
3a – Weighted Ring Dips 3×10,10,9
3b – Barbell Walking Lunge 3×20
3c – Burpees 3×10
I’m making consistent gains each week. Right now I only have access to 80lb DBs so I have to go high reps on the rows!
