Full Body Training Log: Wk 4 – Day 1
This week I’m dropping the intensity and weight a little to give myself a mental break as well as a chance to recover. The last three weeks were pretty rough. But hey, I wouldn’t have it any other way. You have to be willing to push through the tough #*&$ to get to the payoff down the road. I’m already chomping at the bit to get back to the heavy stuff!
Full Body Training Wk 4 – Day 1
1 – Deadlift 3×5
2a – Zercher Squat 3×6
2b – DB Snatch 3x6ea.
3a – Ring Pushups 3xsubmax
3b – Pullups 3xsubmax
3c – DBL Kb Swings – 3×15
