MMA/Wrestler Inspired Conditioning
Conditioning just like the iron must be attacked. You cannot half *** it and expect results. If you want big results from your conditioning you have to give big time effort.
If you want to be able to make it in the ring, on the mat, field, or court you better be able to last for the long haul. You need to be able to give the same effort in the last round/quarter as you gave in the first round/quarter. This is what separates the beasts from the pretenders.
Bust your a** and the results will come.
