ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Give your athlete(s) that extra edge with no nonsense training programs designed to optimize athletic performance.  I build power, increase speed, develop agility and improve overall conditioning.

STRENGTH ◊ SPEED ◊ AGILITY

Whether on the field, court or mat the best athletes are strong, quick and agile.  I will make your athlete(s) stronger and faster while enhancing sport specific skills.  Ball handling skills or well designed plays will not win the big game if the players lack the explosive power and stamina for peak performance.  We will focus on precision of skill along with strength and power to create the athlete who has it all.

INJURY PREVENTION

Reduce the potential for injury by perfecting training techniques and increasing core strength and balance.  Focus on proper technique during training will decrease injuries during practice and in the weight room.  The increased strength and balance we will develop will also decrease injuries during event play.  Athletes need to be able to give it their all without fear of injury.  We will build that ability along with the confidence that comes with it.
