Do you mix it up, squat first or deads first?

		<description>I defiantly need to incorporate more high rep sets.  Did 225# trap DL, shooting for 50reps in as few sets possible and my legs were feeling it. Burpees always suck ASS too.  Good stuff.</description>

21, 15, 9 reps of thrusters @95# and pull-ups.

Next time try "Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Last Friday we did 4, 3 minute circuits of:
As many reps of pistols, sets of 5 unbroken chest to bar pull-ups, handstand push-ups and regular push-ups as you could do in the 3 minute period.

It was a good workout - I got 70 pistols, 40 CTB pull-ups, 30 HSPU's and 86 reg push-ups. Good stuff!</description>
