Real World Strength Gym is a small garage gym located on Trade Road, off of Midlothian Turnpike (less than 20 minutes from most anywhere in Richmond). This is NOT a fancy gym with expensive, trendy equipment and flashy gimmicks. There are no gimmicks here. We are about “Real World Training and Real World Results.” That is where we shine – getting you results.
Our Real World training methods will change you. You will become stronger, faster, and more explosive than ever! You must be dedicated to your goals if you REALLY want to achieve them. Dedication, commitment, intensity – these traits and practices are all expected of our youth athletes and adult clients.
We are not only interested in developing superior strength and athletic ability. Training at Real World Strength and Conditioning develops character, leadership and accountability.
How Does Our Membership Work?
We don’t offer sessions, we offer membership. REAL goals are not easily achieved and thus require REAL commitment.
We offer 1, 3 or 6 month membership options, ranging from 1 – 3 training sessions per week. Your first membership can be the 1 or 3 month(s) option. After you initial membership expires there will be opportunity to renew. Discounts are offered when memberships are paid in full.

Depending on the age of the athlete and the commitment to training, you can expect to pay anywhere from $120 – $250 per month. We firmly believe in our training and the results that countless clients and athletes have achieved. We take tremendous pride in getting our clients the results they desire. My son Alan was diagnosed last summer with Siding Larsen Johannsen Syndrome, basically inflammation of the Patella affecting boys 10-15yrs old. Many athletes put in the time working on their sports skills. While this is important, you must go the extra mile if you want to be the best. This means doing extra work, spending more time than your competition getting stronger, quicker, and more explosive.
There is a method to our madness. We program to bring out the best in each athletes. Training programs aren’t randomly put together just to wear you out and make you tired.
Using tractor tires, kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, dumbbells, free weights, and ropes are only tools, nothing else. These tools will get you nowhere without proper programming.

Our days of operation are Monday – Friday.
Adults and Non-Athletes: Adults (men and women), non-athletes, military, law enforcement, and first responders are also accepted for training. This is an elite program and is taken very seriously. The program is constructed by Jamie Sulc and lasts as long as necessary to achieve the desired goals of the specific group.
